If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Return Policy ensures that your shopping experience remains stress-free. Please read our detailed guidelines below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received them.
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Gift Cards are non-returnable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Lingerie and innerwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Accessories such as jewelry, scarves, and handbags

3. Exchange Policy

  • We accept size and color exchanges for the same product, subject to availability.
  • If your preferred size is unavailable, you may choose a different item of equal value or request a refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@charmethelable.com with your order details and photos. We will provide a free return label and process your replacement or refund promptly.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).
  • Contact your bank (processing times vary).

8. International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees paid during purchase are non-refundable.
